The following details the card network policies for movaMedia Inc.
What we sell – movaMedia is a consumer activation platform that engages users via AI-customized, CAN-SPAM compliant, email communication. We do not charge for access to our data, and only charge based on the volume of emails sent. Our pricing model is based on a standard media buying structure of CPM (Cost Per Thousand) messages sent. Our precise costs vary from industry to industry, so submit a contact request in order to receive a customized quote.
In addition, movaMedia provides development services across a variety of industries and disciplines via standard SOWs. Development work is priced and contracted under a custom SOW with payment terms determined on a case-by-case basis for each client.
Our purchase currency – movaMedia operates primarily within the United States, and therefore all pricing is based on the US Dollar.

Fulfillment policies:
- Refund policy — Refunds for movaMedia services are available via a request submitted via sending an email to support@movamedia.com. All refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 72 business hours.
- Delivery policy — movaMedia delivers campaign update reporting via customer-specific performance dashboards. If for any reason you do not have access to your dashboard, simply email support@movamedia.com.
- Return policy – As a service-based organization, returns are not eligible. However, if you would like to request a refund of payments made, simply email support@movamedia.com.
- Cancellation policy — Campaigns can be canceled at any time during the contracted campaign period with 30 days written notice. Simply email support@movamedia.com in order to cancel your campaign.
Legal restrictions – As an upstanding member of the media delivery community, movaMedia Inc. will not engage in any activity that violates CAN-SPAM, COPPA, CCPA, or GDPR regulations.

Payment methods – movaMedia accepts payments via ACH transfer, or by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express through our payment processing provider Stripe.
